Inquiries and resource requests

Forms collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, organization, message, and mobile number if you add one. We use it to respond to your inquiry or handle your resource request, including a confirmation or follow-up email. Resource requests do not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Services used by the site

Netlify hosts the website and processes website form submissions. MailerLite sends the emails that follow a form: a confirmation when you send a note, and the download link and any short follow-ups when you request a resource. If you ask us to email the notes you write on a field note, MailerLite keeps those notes with your email address so it can send them to you, and sends one check-in email two weeks later if you ask for it. It also runs the K–12 newsletter signup. Calendly handles discovery call booking. Quo sends and receives StrideForward text messages. Google Analytics measures how the site is used, such as pages viewed, links clicked, and forms sent, so we can improve it; it does not receive what you type into a form. These services receive information needed to provide their functions. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request from your browser.

Newsletter choices

Newsletter signup is separate from general inquiries and downloads. Use the unsubscribe option in any newsletter email to stop receiving it. Contact us if you need help.

Browser preferences

The site starts with your system’s light or dark preference. The theme button changes the current page without storing a persistent preference. On field notes, what you write in a Your turn box and the steps you check off are saved in your own browser so they are there when you come back. They are not sent to us unless you choose to send them, and Clear my notes removes them. The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages and links are useful. It does not use advertising pixels. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. Hosting services and newsletter tools may process technical information for operation and security.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, StrideForward (a GMW Group LLC brand) uses it to reply to you and to send messages about your inquiry, scheduling, and our work together. How often we text depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any StrideForward text to stop receiving texts, and you will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@strideforward.world. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, or your agreement to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Your requests

Email us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the website forms.
